Its own design
Developer Portfolio is a community theme that draws its own pages and ships sample content you replace in the EmDash CMS. Portal appearance, item and contact toggles do not apply to it.
Hosting
Community themes run on dedicated paid hosting. Free can save a private draft but cannot publish them on shared hosting. An installed runtime cannot be replaced by changing themes; create a separate site.
