Local Red Cross

Local Red Cross — local chapter website & private records

Vietnamese chapter website with native news, private member CSV records, approved fund totals and public documents. Fixed theme identity and leadership. Representative preview; dedicated paid hosting required.

A Vietnamese local Red Cross chapter website with native news and media, private member CSV records, an approved-entry VND fund ledger and public documents. Fixed theme branding and leadership; dedicated paid hosting required.

Included Red Cross Chapter plugin

Import and export private member records through CSV, create pending income and expense entries for administrator approval, and manage document URLs and public visibility in /_emdash/admin/plugins/redcross-chapter/workspace. Public fund pages expose approved aggregate figures only; public documents are explicitly marked public. News, pages and media are managed in native EmDash CMS, not public brief items.

Requirements and limits

Dedicated paid hosting is required. Free can save a private draft but cannot run this native plugin on shared hosting. Publish the matching company theme through the authorized operator and complete isolated CMS setup with native permissions. Existing installations cannot be replaced by a theme change; create a separate site.

The theme has fixed Vietnamese navigation, red branding and static leadership edited in source. Portal brief and appearance settings do not customize native content. No working inquiry form, booking, checkout, PWA or offline mode. The fund ledger is internal transparency, not statutory accounting; document files are uploaded in CMS media and linked by URL.

Privacy and preview

Member names, addresses, phone numbers and identity numbers stay private. Keep them out of public pages, documents, AI prompts and source exports. Review each document before making it public. Previews are read-only illustrations, not live member records or financial reports.
