Independent Consultant: a portfolio & bio website theme with its own design and sample content, published on dedicated hosting.
Its own design
Independent Consultant is a community theme that draws its own pages and ships sample content you replace in the EmDash CMS. Portal appearance, item and contact toggles do not apply to it.
Hosting
Community themes run on dedicated paid hosting. Free can save a private draft but cannot publish them on shared hosting. An installed runtime cannot be replaced by changing themes; create a separate site.
The preview is illustrative, not a live installation.
