A free document and image designer with PNG, PDF and SVG export, immutable saved templates, CSV batches and a bounded public rendering API. No account is required to use the designer.
Document and image designer
Edit invoices, social announcements, certificates and blank canvases, then export PNG, PDF or SVG. The public editor and API share one bounded JSON design format and local SVG layout engine. Renders run on this installation, with no external rendering service or runtime asset fetching.
Saved templates and batches
Signed-in CMS administrators can import designer JSON, save immutable numbered versions and publish selected versions for anonymous rendering. CSV batches accept up to 20 rows and return a private capability-token-protected ZIP. Active jobs expire after one hour.
Requirements
Dedicated paid hosting is required. Free can save a private draft but cannot run this native runtime on a shared page. Publish the matching theme through the authorized operator, complete isolated EmDash CMS setup and sign in with native permissions. The plugin is bundled only with this matching theme; installed runtimes cannot swap themes.
Private template library
/_emdash/admin/plugins/template-design/templatesSaved defaults and private versions are administrator data, not public brief items. Publish a version only after confirming its design and all default variables may be public. The public API documentation is at /api.
