Free is for private drafts
Free costs $0 and includes manual client management, private drafts, migration and community support. It excludes AI, publishing, connecting custom domains and advanced SEO/AEO. Its allowance is 1,000 page views per site per month, not permission to publish: public hosting requires a paid plan. No separate editing license is required.
Paid plans unlock hosting and priority support
A verified active monthly or yearly Stripe subscription unlocks AI, publication within its active-site quota, custom domains, advanced SEO/AEO and priority, fast support through Frappe HelpDesk. Annual billing is not lifetime hosting. Checkout uses configured Stripe Prices. Returning from checkout does not prove payment. Onboarding may be invite-based during rollout.
AI credits are a separate purchase
AI requires an active paid hosting plan, even when credit metering is disabled. Credit metering is opt-in and disabled by default. When enabled, daily included calls follow independent partner membership and are shared across the account. Additional use requires explicit consent and prepaid credits sold separately through Polar. Credits and membership do not unlock AI on Free.
Discoverability is not a paid guarantee
Search and AI visibility observations are read-only saved measurements. Missing measurements are unavailable, not zero. They do not promise rankings, citations or publishing automation. Structured data and AEO assets improve clarity for search and AI answer engines, but do not guarantee placement.
