Terms of Service
The rules for using ZeroHostCMS: accounts, acceptable use, plans and billing, AI connections, suspension and your content.

Who this covers
ZeroHostCMS is operated by SAGOZEN. These terms cover the hosted service at zerohostcms.com, your workspace and sites published on a zhst.app address or a connected custom domain. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Refund Policy at /guides/refund-policy. Labs downloads, app-store purchases, third-party products and commissioned services follow their own seller terms.
Your account
You need an account with an accurate email and password to use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and any team invitations secure. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Published site content must not be illegal, infringe someone else's rights, or, for sites served in Vietnam, promote unlicensed speculative finance such as forex trading, binary options, gambling/betting or disguised pyramid schemes. A daily automated review checks published homepages and links for these specific categories and is report-only; a human administrator decides on any suspension. We may suspend or remove content that breaks this section or applicable law.
Your content stays yours
You own the content you create and publish. You grant SAGOZEN only the limited license needed to host, store, back up, display and automatically review that content for the acceptable-use check above. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
Plans and billing
Free includes shared zhst.app hosting with Free's usage limits and no card required. Paid hosting (Pro) adds a dedicated site, custom domain and priority support, billed through Stripe (card, auto-renewing) or SePay (Vietnamese bank transfer, prepaid, renews only after another verified transfer). Connecting an AI assistant
You may optionally connect an external AI assistant through consent-scoped MCP tools to help manage clients or private drafts. Each connection is explicit, limited to the tools you approve, and revocable at any time from your account. Connecting an assistant never by itself grants it publication or billing access.
Service availability and changes
The service runs on Cloudflare's edge network and may change, add or retire features, including the native product catalog, as it evolves. We do not guarantee a specific uptime or support response time unless a paid plan's documentation says otherwise. We will try to give notice of changes that remove a feature you actively use.
Suspension, deletion and your data
We may suspend a site for a confirmed acceptable-use or billing violation; detection alone never suspends a site. You can delete a website yourself, with a 30-day window to restore it before its resources are reclaimed, or delete your account, which is refused while a subscription is active and otherwise purges your portal and authentication data. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, SAGOZEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally with support is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. If mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country, such as Vietnam, requires a different governing law or venue, that mandatory law continues to apply and is not overridden by this clause.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last review. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms; we will highlight material changes where practical.
